We have a 30-day return policy on defective items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item that may be defective to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are also responsible for paying for shipping.

If you have used any of our brightening products consistently and as directed for 30 days with no results at all we will give you a full refund. The guarantee is only eligible after 45 days of receiving the product. Please submit before and after photos as well.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Rich & Clear provides shipping insurance in the event of damage or loss of your package while in transit. If you do not select the shipping Insurance option, Rich & Clear is NOT liable for lost or damaged goods.
Rich & Clear guarantees shipment of your goods to the address that was provided to us at checkout. If the receiver fails to provide the correct address, Rich & Clear is not required to refund the lost good. Please ensure you enter the correct address at checkout.
Stolen Items (delivered but not received)
If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the acceptance of your order at that point, as we have fulfilled our due diligence. However, we will still do everything in our power to make sure you get your product!
Please note, tracking notifications are not 100% accurate in their timing….. So you may want to give it a few extra days or so to show up. If it still doesn't arrive, please check any other places that accept delivery in your neighborhood, or with neighbors.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
